Value Methodology Fundamentals Part 1
Value Methodology Fundamentals 1 (formerly VE Module 1) is a certified course of SAVE International, the international society that governs the content and certification of value practitioners. Value Management/ Engineering introduces the concepts, history and many examples of Value Management/ Engineering/ (VM/VE) in practice in the public and private sector.
This course will be of benefit to executive, managers, engineers, project managers and business analysts to determine what types of VE/VM studies would be of benefit to your company. For project managers and technical staff, this course will assist in the capabilities of VM/VE to increase value of the project and minimize the potential of cost over runs, scope creep and extension to project schedules.

- Workshop (each session will include a mini‐workshop to give the participants practical experience in each step of the process)

Upon successful completion of this course, participants are eligible to write an exam to qualify as a Value Methodology Associate (VMA) which is the first step to becoming a Certified Value Specialist
